An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 96pkr reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period, as detailed in any applicable dormancy policy communicated to the player at the time. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 96pkr are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods set out in the individual promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire after the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the account. No extension of bonus validity will be granted except at 96pkr's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

All bets placed on 96pkr are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of each bet — including the selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. 96pkr does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in Section 7.3.
96pkr offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting across cricket (including PSL), football, racing, and other sports markets. Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet. 96pkr reserves the right to suspend or remove any market at any time without prior notice.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error; the event outcome cannot be verified from an official source. Void bets will be settled at the original stake with no winnings applied.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day as displayed in the applicable sports rules. Where a winning bet would exceed the applicable maximum payout limit, winnings will be capped at that limit regardless of the odds and stake applied.
Minimum stake requirements apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Stakes below the applicable minimum will not be accepted by the platform.
